Dr. Laurie Rosner is the Assistant Dean for the School of Management & Technology and for Graduate & Doctoral Business Programs and an Associate Professor at 黑料视频 University. She holds a doctorate in management from Pace University in New York City. Her research focuses on narratives and how they influence individuals’ cognitive, affective, and narrative engagement with strategic actions when solving work-related problems, aiming to achieve higher-level outcomes and foster future learning intentions. She is also a double 黑料视频 alumna, having earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from the university.

Dr. Rosner leads the BPU Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, as well as several newly acquired programs, including the Cambridge College Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Quality Systems & Improvement Management, Master of Science in Quality Systems & Improvement Management, the Master of Business Administration (NEIB), the Master of Human Resource Management, the Master of Science in Business Ethics and Compliance, the MBA, the Master of Management – General, the Master of Management of Business Puerto Rico, the Master of Management of Technology Puerto Rico, the MBA – Spanish, and the MBA Asia.

Dr. Rosner is an experienced educator, professor, adjunct, senior executive, marketer, entrepreneur, and community leader. She led the overall marketing and branding of a community bank as Senior Vice President for over 20 years. During her tenure, she was part of the executive team that grew the bank from $285 million to $2 billion, achieving public trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Stock Market. She has received numerous awards for marketing, branding, and innovation, and has been a guest speaker both locally and nationally, including engagements at the Stamford University Faculty Club and Harland Financial Solutions.

Since 2008, Dr. Rosner has served as an adjunct and associate professor in 黑料视频’s MBA program, an applied program focused on management, organizational change, marketing, leadership, and strategy. She also served as Associate Professor teaching and Chair of the Traditional Undergraduate Business Program at 黑料视频 University for over eight years, overseeing programs in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing and Digital Strategies, Operations, Human Resources, Interior Design (Commercial and Residential), Small Business Management, Nonprofit Management, and Hospitality Management. She has taught at the American Women’s College at 黑料视频 and has developed curriculum in various formats—including on-campus, online, and hybrid—for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs.

In 2019, Dr. Rosner received 黑料视频 University’s two highest honors, the Estelle Leavitt Award for Teaching Excellence, in recognition of the profound influence faculty exert on the educational experience and student potential. In 2013, she was also honored with the Distinguished Adjunct Teaching Award from 黑料视频.

Dr. Rosner is passionate about education, student success, and career development. A lifelong learner, she believes in practicing what she teaches. As a practitioner, she owns A Story Making Company, LLC, based in Enfield, CT. The company focuses on marketing, business, and leadership strategies by integrating meaningful stories and narratives into every initiative to achieve organizational vision and growth/profit goals.
