Natalee Pender is an occupational therapist and educator with over a decade of experience in neurological rehabilitation, dementia care, and community-based practice. She brings a passion for bridging academic learning with real-world clinical application, helping students develop the knowledge, skills, and critical thinking necessary to support clients’ independence and quality of life.
Natalee’s professional background spans home health, subacute, assisted living, and memory care settings; integrating her expertise in neuroanatomy, vestibular rehabilitation, and holistic client-centered care. She has presented at state conferences on the clinical detection, evaluation, and treatment of vestibular dysfunction, sharing her knowledge to advance best practices in the field.
With advanced certifications as a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner, and Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy Specialist, Natalee is committed to lifelong learning and continually expanding her clinical expertise.
