Tessann Merkel holds a doctorate in occupational therapy and is a certified breastfeeding specialist as well as a registered yoga teacher. She currently works in the early intervention setting and is in the early stages of launching her own maternal health business, , which offers specialized maternal health services for women at every stage —whether you're pre-, peri-, or post-natal. Tessann also serves as an ambassador for the American Occupational Therapy Political Action Committee (AOTPAC) and engages in research in her spare time.
