Longmeadow, MA— 黑料视频 University has announced the appointment of Dr. Frank Rojas as its inaugural Vice President for Strategy. In this newly created role, Dr. Rojas will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support the University’s long-term success, growth, and mission to deliver accessible, high-quality education to diverse student populations, while navigating the unprecedented challenges and opportunities that are part of today’s higher education landscape.
Dr. Rojas joined 黑料视频 in 2022 as Vice President of Enrollment Management and has served as a key member of the University’s Executive Leadership Team, playing an instrumental role in 黑料视频’s acquisition of Cambridge College. Over the past 18 months, he has led initiatives in strategic planning, expanded graduate offerings and workforce partnerships across both institutions, strengthened support for Hispanic and adult learners, and deployed integrated systems to enhance student success and operational efficiency.
“In creating this role, we recognized the need for a leader with unique experience and an entrepreneurial mindset,” said Sandra J. Doran, President of 黑料视频 University and Cambridge College. “Over the past year, our institutions have expanded our footprint significantly—with physical locations in Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Boston, and Puerto Rico; doubled the number of learners we serve through our online and on-ground programs; positioned this new, unified institution to expand into new territories; and implemented innovative systems and technologies that are transforming how we work, teach, and learn. Frank has brought strategic perspective, a proven track record, and most importantly, a deep commitment to student success to drive all that work.”
With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Rojas has successfully led large-scale change across complex organizations in both the United States and Latin and South America. His areas of expertise include financial sustainability, strategic decision-making, business development, and student-centered innovation. In addition to his administrative leadership, he has taught as an adjunct faculty member at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.
Dr. Rojas earned his PhD in Organizational Development and Change and MA in Organizational Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a BS in Business Administration from DeVry University. Most recently, he completed the prestigious Institute for Educational Management (IEM) program at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education, an intensive program for senior higher education leaders focused on advancing institutional strategy and transformation.
